If you open it in photoshop and use the color picker, It’s pretty clearly a light pink shoe with light greenish piping and laces. It also looks like exactly that, if your monitor is calibrated correctly.

It may look that way but that’s not the story the numbers tell. Stop looking with your eyes, stop assuming that your calibration is spot on for the current viewing conditions and never assume that your brain is interpreting things correctly. Human visual perception is the cludged together end product of millions of years of natural selection at the mercy of hasty and I think if we’re being honest, mostly regrettable, sex. Almost none of it makes sense. The best art handler I’ve ever known was color blind and he got so good because he knew to never trust his eyes or brain but instead knew to put his faith in the numbers because the numbers don’t lie.

If you still don’t believe me open the original image file -> go to Image -> Adjustments -> Hue / Saturation -> Crank the Saturation Slider to the max. If those pixels were “pink” then cranking the saturation all the way up should make them appear Red. But they don’t go Red, do they.
