While I try not to get my hopes up too much-2016 was horrible-I imagine that the unprecedented early voting has scrambled Republican brains. Why this stunt after about 30 million have already voted? Panic. Nobody anticipated that millions would go ahead and vote-and people who have voted early mostly aren’t voting for the status quo.
