A better way is the Political compass. You’ve got left and right, but also Authoritarian (up) and Libertarian (down). So Up and Right = Nazi, Up and Left = Communist. Down and left = Anarchist. Down and Right Libertarian.

That works well, but I prefer to use the following labels instead. They seem to work better for what we’ve seen when dealing with these various groups:
Up - Collective
Down - Individual
Right - Tribe
Left - Class
