Yes, forget it. If you draw a pistol on two men with AKMs, you’re just deciding to die. Now, in a case like what that reporter was facing, deciding on “death before dishonor” is entirely acceptable in my eyes, though othersa may disagree.

So based on your experience of accepting death before dishonor when facing armed men with AKMs, would you say that’s always preferable solution? Me, I’d hit the reset button on the game console or switch to Super Mario. No dishonor in jumping barrels.
