I had an Aircraft Commander who was like these guys back in the early 80’s. I asked him how a good Christian could fly a machine whose sole purpose was to kill millions of innocents. He had no answer, but these guys have always been around.

He ended up trading crewmen until he had what was referred to as “The Jesus Crew”. Cognitive disconnect!

The 80s. That’s when all of this began. Before that religion was more private. At least it seemed that way to me.
