DC/VA/MD drivers are the worst. Some insurance carrier does a survey each year, and the DC Metro area always hits near the top 3 spots.

NYC and LA drivers are the scariest that I have encountered; they have better driving skills, but I question their judgement and choices while driving strongly.

You got PA on the roads, though. “Pennsylvania: where the shortest distance between two points is under construction.”

I remember driving on I-90 in New York one night about this time of the year and the tandem-trailer Roadway trucks were passing me at 85MPH!!! Scared the crap outta me. And I love to drive and am not scared of speed. But, damn…tandem trailers??? Get one of those swinging a bit and no telling what could happen. So, I hit 90 to get out of the way. Unlike Ohio, I don’t think I saw a state trooper all the way from Erie PA to Rochester, my destination.
