Certain socialistic ideas will help some problems. They certainly wouldn’t solve things such as racism or misogyny.

Because people forget that administration of past socialism (like SS etc.) was shot through and through with racism. It was considerably less helpful for minorities than poor white.

Past experience is a guide to the future and if you don’t understand that, you won’t understand why you get side eye from POCs when you talk about taking care of sexism and racism afterwards.
