My brain’s been too fried to do the more involved cooking I do (that’s far healthier and better for me), so I’ve suddenly learned a whole bunch about convenience food.

The dumpling fixation is probably less of a hazard is the discovery of all the semi-fancy Korean packaged ramyun…which comes dangerously close to resembling food even as you ingest naught but extruded starch, soy lectins, palm oil (the trinity that are probably going to define our cyberpunk climate-dystopia future as the building blocks of the megacity prole diet).
