The sign might be honest if it read “In order to ensure our profit margins and to bilk our patients for as much as possible, this asshole will not accept insurance from any poor patients.”

But the profit margins/bilking will only happen on the extant, smaller number of patients he has, rather than the larger pool that the ACA grants access to.
