Nope.

If there is some sort of god, who has an important message that he wants to impart to all people, particularly those who are in eternal peril of his own punishment he created a loophole to get out of, and is omnipotent… .

Then that god should be able to provide whatever evidence is required to convince said atheist.

Moreover, no one is born religious. Not a single person. All persons are inculcated with religious belief, usually at a very young age when they are easily manipulated.
