That would do a lot to contribute to the density of charging stations, which is the main hindrance to acceptance for electric cars. Germany has gotten considerably denser over the past five years or so.

Our local power company will help electric car owners install a charging outlet at their home. Also the power company along with the Fred Meyers Store have charging outlets in their parking lots.

It’s been estimated that there are 200-300 electric cars in town.

All our power is from hydro-electric sources for the win.

Since we are land locked, there are no places to go any distance. The End of the Road is at milepost 40.
