Yes you are correct about foreclosures.
Many people paid inflated prices to buy before the prices went even further skyward. Others were part of the greedfest orgy. Homes from both groups will have a high foreclosure rate. But the downturn from trepidation over whether to soak in ones’ own urine because (gasp!) the president is not a pro-business kind of guy, or whether to actually go ahead and get on with life… well, that bit of nonsense is over.

We still have other hurdles. We can continue being Americans, or we can wait for some hero to leap to the rescue.
Myself, I am not real big on blaming others for my problems, and I’m even less inclined to wait for heroes. I will make the best of whatever situation I find myself in, as will America.
