People on Twitter are claiming this is Jared Lee Loughner’s mug shot

I noticed that TMZ and a couple of other outfits are showing this mug shot. According to TMZ that’s his “booking photo”. Yet today at his court appearance Day Life is showing an artist’s rending showing him with hair. The mug shot may or may not be an earlier booking photo from another incident.
