Thursday group:

Former Vice President Joe Biden
Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders
South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg
California Sen. Kamala Harris
New York Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand
Colorado Sen. Michael Bennet
Author Marianne Williamson
California Rep. Eric Swalwell
Businessman Andrew Yang
Former Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper

Depending on who you consider top tier candidates, only two are in the Wednesday group (Warren and O’Rourke). Not sure if that’s good or bad for them, since the other grouping arguably has 4 (Biden, Sanders, Buttigieg, and Harris).

I suspect we will see the field narrow after these debates.
