New polling today shows the Democrats are favored to win the Senate. If they do, absolutely need to pack the Court if the GOP pushes a Trump nominee through.

The tricky part is, the Dems have probably been favored to win a narrow majority since March, at least that’s what the Princeton Election Consortium has shown. The better question is: will this move the expected outcome of 51D-49R to something like 55-45?
