I broke the glass plate in my previous microwave, so I wrote the company to get a replacement plate. The fookin’ plate was only $5 less than a whole new microwave of the same brand (plus no shipping).

What I MISS about Sears—They serviced what they sold and they ALWAYS had replacement parts in stock. Repairman came and got everything fixed the first time. Now TRY and find an appliance repairman!

They charge a base of $150 just to show up and then to repair something costs more than buying a new one.

Absolute WORST things to repair are Keurig machines.
