make em stand and talk. follow all the rules
require 40 votes to sustain the filibuster
lots of options besides ‘nuking’ or eliminating, which will be spun just the way we all know it will

We’re finally getting more people calling for eliminating it than those, like Manchin and Sinema, who are saying it shouldn’t be changed at all. Your proposal can be the middle ground.
