Sure. I know lots of bigwigs in real estate who use cash for transactions, because it can have a lot of benefits.

I know a three million dollar winery that was bought in cash.

Also ‘cash’ doesn’t always mean bundles of hundred dollar bills. It’s still a cash transaction if it’s a bank transfer, I believe.

A bank transfer can be traced and questioned. I’m thinking this was done with a fucking suitcase.
