Carryover from last thread: I have a number of guitar amps, including an old Magnavox tube amp, several modeling amps and one really nice tube amp I’ve never seen mentioned by other players here:

Build quality is excellent. Uses a classic CelestionTM Vintage 30 speaker. Sounds great. Surprised more folks haven’t noticed them.

We used to use a lot of Traynor stuff when I was a kid in Philly - a friend of mine’s got a bass head he’s been using for what must be 45 years now and it still hasn’t given out.
They’re like the Slant 6 of amplifiers. You just can’t kill ‘em.
I remember a lot of mid to late 60s garage bands in and around northern Ohio used to use a lot of Traynor amps. I didn’t know they were still around. Or, is that a classic? They were decent priced and I think that made them popular.
