I must be confused, because nothing has changed, and I haven’t missed an election. We sign a slip which is compared to our signature in their book, but I don’t have to have an ID. Of course, the little crossroads where I vote has only a couple hundred people, and everyone knows everyone else. So you walk in (even with a mask on!) and they say, “Hi, so and so!” But they do check the signature.
