99 - actually, it’s six, but anything more than that is just a misdemeanor. I did a little research on starter plants - there are some strains that grow to maturity in two months and only get 2-3’ tall, producing about 60 grams of buds. I just want to grow one or two of those, then share the yield with friends who partake as host gifts when we see them.
