Nuclear espionage would seem to point to Prince Bonesaw or a close associate. The Russians or Chinese might want nuclear security information, with a view to sabotaging our command and control but they don’t need anything technical, not enough to pay Donnie’s likely asking price at any rate. Bonesaw, otoh, would pay billions for data that could make the Saudis long-sought nuclear capability a reality.
