however, a quick trip around most SOS websites seems to contradict your massively informed opinion. Looks like the requirements for the nomination and certification to appear on a ballot are the same for incumbents and new candidates, and it is routine. So whats the fuss? I still don’t understand what the screaming in New Hampshire is about. If he was certified last time, he will be certified this time.
