We have a frikkin upgrader here in Sask. We should be refining it and then shipping it.

The thing is, it’s not meant for us. TransCanada’s basically paying us for the “privilege” of having their toxic waste pumped from the Canadian border to Texas refineries, crossing over environmentally sensitive areas where their less-than-adequate pipes might spring leaks that would go days or weeks without notice.
