After playing small roles and an over-the-top villain toymaker in Santa Claus: The Movie, John Lithgow returned to the ‘iceman’ type of villain he had previously portrayed in Blowout in this Stallone flick. It was a type of villain that Lithgow later raised to perfection as the Trinity Killer on Showtime’s Dexter.
