Like I said, I’m not taking these proposals seriously, not until a bill actually gets out of committee. If nothing else, it’s the GOP trying to convince Latinos that they “care” about immigration reform, but once again portraying Obama and Democrats as resistant to “reasonable” proposals.

The problem is that this is “reasonable to WHITE people.” The Republicans have yet to figure out that you can’t convince Latinos that they care if they’re going bat shit over proposals that LATINOS like.
