The solution to that is simple. When some wingnut does that: Send in the SWAT team, take his guns from at gunpoint, and then send him to jail to await trial on charges of unlawful discharge of a firearm and property destruction.

In addition, Amazon can and should sue those who attack their drones for property destruction.
