Pence has his own E-mail problems back home in Indiana (real ones, not the made-up crap about Hillary Clinton).

Before Nixon was taken down (partly by his own party, even if it was only to save their party and not for the good of the country), Agnew got taken down first by the Maryland AG.

As evidence piles up against Pence in Indiana, we might see the same thing happen.

Aside from his E-mail problems, there is also the Russia problem: The Nixonian question comes to mind naturally to anyone with access to the news about Russia/Trump/Page/Manafort/&c — what did Pence know and when did he know it?

Even if Pence survived, I’m betting so much political capital would be expended trying to save him that he would be politically hobbled.

That said, I ain’t stupid, so I wouldn’t turn my back on him or trust him any further than I could throw a car.
