I’m sorry but what the heck are you talking about. The first tweet came after the first bill was rejected and the second one hadn’t been voted on yet. The second tweet came after the democratic bill also failed. could they send a tweet saying “republicans block democratic bill to reopen the government” sure, but the tweet saying they both failed more accurately summed up the current state of affairs if someone only saw the newer tweet.
