I don’t know that the others have made official requests. This is more like the Bamar people requesting that we refer to their state as Myanmar from now on.

Though that may not be the best reference since that was first requested by a terrible junta, though apparently the people were sufficiently in agreement with it that the successor civilian governments in Yangon don’t want to roll it back.
