99.9% is 3-order of magnitude decrease. It only means anything if we know something about the viral load required to cause infection / disease (which is still being evaluated) and if the air containing the virus is brought in contact with said device. If isn’t going to do fuck all to reduce the virus being swapped by the unmasked mouth-breathers swapping air from 2-feet.

Also, I don’t believe their claims, anyway.
