I just want people in government who actually understand our system of governance. I could give a shit about their degree. How many Republicans are there with law degrees who haven’t a clue? I personally think you should, at the very least have to pass a college level civics and history exam to run for office. There are too many completely “well educated” people in public office that are completely ignorant of even basic civics.
