I have to disagree with your main point.

He’s being deeply dishonest. So deeply he might not even be able to admit it himself.

He can’t directly go after AGW, so he’s convinced himself that he’s found a smoking gun… when he simply hasn’t.

Beyond that, he just hasn’t lived up to the claim he made for his essay, but he can’t even admit that.

Whats the point if he’s totally incapable of acting in good faith?

As long as Charles leave the post up, then we can let the Lizards decide for themselves.
