Totally. As the law stands right now, Zimmerman very likely will walk because he did nothing that illegal. Or, rather, the state can’t prove he did anything illegal.

But in some states he could be prosecuted for, if not murder, at least something, right? Not all states are as dumb as FL, I hope.
