The whole idea of Trump giving a $25,000 check to one soldier’s family is just… wrong. That’s not how any of this should work.

Virtually all soldiers are covered by very low-cost Soldiers’ Group Life Insurance in levels ranging from 50-400K. The issue isn’t money.
