As the Judge in Prop 8 found out. He wasn’t allowed to rule in favor of SSM because he was gay but these guys would be fine with a Regent graduate ruling on SSM’s legality.

Naturally: wingnuts only get exercised over “judicial prejudices” when it’s the wrong prejudices being advanced….
