I thought OSHA would be a good way to enforce pandemic safety restrictions. That said, many states, like Kentucky, enforce their own OSH regulations, while the feds do it in states that don’t have their own programs. I’m not sure if the new vaccine mandate will automatically apply in states with their own programs.
