A panhandler kept demanding money from Mr Sterling and Sterling told him to get lost.

Not sure that qualifies as a SWATTING. Panhandlers may be annoying, but displaying his gun like that is called menacing. Unless the panhandler was getting violent you can’t do that and calling the cops isn’t uncalled for. What the cops did once they got there on the other hand…
