I’m half her age and I can’t run. I ride my bike 11 miles to work on dry days, I get plenty of exercise, but I have no running gait. If I try to run across the street it looks like an unfolding lawn chair. If I try to run up stairs (something I used to do all the time), I actually go slower than if I just walked up normally.
