Remember, if the elections are suspended or postponed, Trump’s term in office still ends in January 2021, as does Mike Pence’s…if there is no elected candidate, then the Rules of Succession apply, at which point the Speaker of the House assumes the Presidency.

Though, as someone points out, if there are no elections, there will be no speaker, and therefore it will fall to the most senior senator.
