Well, today as predicted officially marks the end of the judicial precedent as a concept of the US legal system and the new order of Judicial edict under a corrupted Republican manufactured SCOTUS is now in full effect.

We are no longer any sort of real democracy. We are now fully a Hybrid Regime - defined as a developing autocracy using the trappings of democracy as cover. We are a broken democracy and with Republicans positioning partisans in key electoral counting positions and election poll policing/thugs we are set for full autocracy starting in 2025.

general strikes, underground railroads, US Military firing on US citizens, etc. this is not the 1800’s…, this is going to happen again now .
