Yes, she really was “the elephant woman.”

That was the first time I’d actually seen a Muslim woman in “the full burka” walking the streets of San Francisco. (I had thought that I saw one a couple years ago, but when I came close and eavesdropped on “her,” I discovered it was a male tranny in a bizarre kind of Islamo-fetish get-up! Seriously.)
