I remember about a year ago a lot of folks on the left were upset with Brooks. He’s not that big of a conservative but really right of center. We can grant him being a conservative and he, like David Frum, are the kinds of conservatives we need today.

After Frum’s anti-gun DERPs over the summer I no longer think of him as a conservative. I’d still extend that title to David Brooks, David Frum is just a RINO to me.
