Crazy people./ In fact outside of Blacksburg, I can’t think of a mass shooting that was committed by a non white.

Fort Hood (Nidal Hassan), Long Island Railroad (Colin Ferguson), Beltway Sniper(s) (John Muhammed and Lee Malvo).

Other than those incidents, most mass shooters in the US tend to be lily-white.
