Who’s he paying to build the wall: Contractors and workers who won’t trust Trump to pay the bills? Contractors who will cut costs on concrete mixes and reinforcing so that it’ll start falling apart right away. And Trump keeping it cheap so that he can pocket the spoils. Hourly workers who don’t give a shit because they can see the big picture of grift over their heads. This will be a stellar use of tax money.
