Doesn’t surprise me. Warner isn’t a conservative Dem but he’s more moderate than most. I think Kavanaugh’s lack of transparency is why he’ll get an united front of Dem Senators against him in the end IMO.

Kavanaugh is quite transparent in letting the GOP know that he will vote to overturn Roe v Wade and isolate the President from any prosecution for crimes.
