Yeah, I’ve noticed Boris has used that cow quote from Ian Paisley at least twice in the past 24 hours. So, what exactly is this solution? We let the cows decide in realtime on trade across the border between the post-Brexit North and the EU South?

(TBH the cows deciding would seem an improvement over the present situation.)
