New - Jim Inhofe, chairman of Senate Armed Services, told me he plans to move ahead with a defense authorization bill — and it will NOT include provisions to repeal protections for social media companies, defying Trump’s veto threat.

This is Inhofe we’re talking about, and I would predict he’s far from the only gooper to want this to go through. Looks like the defense authorization bill will pass, even if it needs to override shithead’s veto, and as a bonus gives shithead another reason to hate GOP senators.
