POTUS pardon question:

If Cheetolini issues a last minute blanket pardon to everyone who stormed the Capitol on the 6th, can he blanket pardon them for any future crimes? Like, does that give them a golden ticket to go back and trespass there and shoot whoever they want, whenever they want?

I realize I’m going over the top here, but to be honest, this mothefurcker’s whole presidency has been based on “Let’s do the unthinkable and see if we can get away with it?”
