Yeah, that’s been mentioned here in these parts. The University of Minnesota has a pretty spiffy syrup-producing operation, but I guess they haven’t been able to get a good run on sap yet.

Yep, I’m in NW Pennsylvania and have been hearing the last month that they are not getting the flow they need to make it worth harvesting. I hope these next few nights of cold (and possibly snow) help get things moving.
